2day pjk period, played foot ball, till very happy times, kns, one student from 4SA shot me, my leg bengkak jor...haizz..!! till now still feel very pain...haizz..!!
my mum keep stopped me for any exercises, she said that i play wat type of ball also easy injured...!!
wat can i do next? stopped? or continue??
